THE JOB
This is a sales position. You are responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing new business within your campuses. Focusing on event specific
and high value opportunities, you will be calling, emailing, and using social media to engage prospective clientele across the country. You will
target fraternities, sororities, grad schools, and athletic departments that order custom apparel and merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include the following but are not limited to:
Outbound Sales
Outbound cold calling to prospective clients on campus (at minimum 25 per day)
Outbound warm calling to current clients to build lasting relationships
Grow each of your Campuses' annual sales by 25% year over year
Campus Market Research
Learn campus demographics
Learn fashion styles and trends
Discover market competition
Development and Expansion of our Campus Sales Representative Network
Identify, qualify, and recruit campus sales representatives to expand our business on campus
Collaborate with your Sales Manager to:
Create sales projections on a per school basis
Create long term goals for each campus; including sales and market share
Engage in continuous sales training in key areas including: Outbound calling, relationship building, customer service, product knowledge, company culture, time management, etc.
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies specific to each campus' events
Communicate with Account Management Team
Communicate information about each project including the clients' timelines, budget, and design vision effectively to an account manager who handles the logistics of each order
Review pricing that an Account Manager has prepared for prospects and clients, ensuring that your clients' needs are met and exceeded
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Relocation to Seattle, WA
BS/BA preferred, Business or Sales emphasis a Plus
Fraternity or Sorority affiliation desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
Sales experience preferred
Ability to work on a team and communicate efficiently with your peers
Solid PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Social Media and Internet Research)
Ability to outline and achieve goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis both individually and as a member of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Persuasive personality, consistent work ethic, Time Management skills, and Self motivation are strongly desired in the ideal candidate
Some travel is required, <10%
