The perfect candidate had a rich college experience at a well-known 4-year school. They participated in multiple campus organizations and held leadership positions in a fraternity or sorority. They have a strong affinity for their alma mater with a passion for college athletics. After college they worked in a sales position that required high levels of creativity, preferably in an advertising or marketing capacity.
At some point they transitioned into managing a sales team because while they excel at sales, they enjoy developing other's sales skills. Helping others succeed in a sales environment drives our perfect candidate. They recognize that the role of a leader is supporting the team. They are fair and accommodating, but know how to push a sales team to the top of their capabilities.
