What if I don't see what I want in your product section?
We carry thousands of products in addition to the ones shown online. Contact us and we'll find the exact product you want. We'll also send you photos, pricing and more.
What if I don't know what I want?
Our creative team can come up with ideas for you. Give us a general direction and we will send you ideas for products and designs. Then you can decide what you like, and what you don't.
Can we get brand name items?
Yes! We can get you almost any name brand products. Check out our product section to see some examples.
What separates you from the other two hundred companies that provide promotional products and apparel?
Kotis Design stands out for 2 reasons:

What types of printing do we offer?
Screen-printing, embroidery, tackle-twill, and many others. Check out our decoration section.
Do you have a minimum?
Our standard minimum for apparel is 12 pieces or $250. Minimums for other items depend on the specific product. Screen-printing or embroidering a single item is not cost effective, so we will not normally print one item.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Click "Forgot Password" underneath the log in information and your password will be emailed to you in a matter of seconds.
How do I create an account on your site?
You have to have an order going with us already before you can create an account. Call us at 888-GO-KOTIS or email college@kotisdesign.com to get started!
Why do I need to create an account?
Everything we do is custom printed. As such, you need to be able to log in to check on the status and we need to be able to notify you if anything changes. It's easy, too - we've timed it, and it's possible to sign up in under 10 seconds!
If I enter my email address, will I start getting junk mail?
Definitely not. We hate junk mail as much as you do, and will not give or sell your email address to anyone, ever. You'll get emails related to your orders, and that's it.

How much are shirts?
Prices depend on the exact details of what you want including but not limited to, the product, the number of products, the number of print locations, and the number of ink colors. Please contact your Inside Sales Rep. If you don't have one, call us at 888-GO-KOTIS, email college@kotisdesign.com or fill out a Quote Request.
Q: How much is shipping?
Actual charges depend on where you are located. Shipping is free for all college orders.

Can I place an order online?
The initial step cannot be taken online. However once we've set it up in our system, you'll be able to manage it online.
What information should I send you?
We need to know what product you want, and what you want for the design. Check out our product section and design archive for ideas. If you find something specific that you like, tell us. If you can't find what you want, don't worry – we will find it for you. To get started: call us at 888-GO-KOTIS, email us at college@kotisdesign.com, or fill out our Product Quote Request.
If I email you, how long do you take to respond?
We respond to emails quickly. You'll probably hear back within 24 hours.

What is our production time?
Screen-printing and Embroidery is 5-7 business days from when your artwork is approved and you've given us quantities and shipping information. The production times for other items depend on the specific product.
How quickly can I get these shirts?
No amount of time is too short to ask! Whether we can do the order will depend on how busy production is at the time.

How much does artwork cost to create for our product?
Artwork design is FREE if you are ordering products.
What kind of file do I need to send my logo and artwork in?
Ideally, you'd send us an .eps, .ai, or .pdf. If you can't open it, that's a good sign. If you don't have one of those files, just send over whatever you have and we'll work with you. The highest quality of the file is best.
Is Vector or Bitmap better for artwork?
Vector art is better. If you don't know the difference, just send us whatever you have.
When can I expect to see a proof of the artwork?
Once entered into our system, artwork takes 3 business days. If you need it faster, please tell your Sales Representative.
How do I make artwork changes?
After you get your proof, you can enter your changes online and they go directly to the designer doing your artwork. There's no middle-man – you tell the designer EXACTLY what you want.
I made the changes but I don't see my artwork updated. Why not?
We're working on your changes, but we have lots to do. If you're in a rush, let us know.
Can we have the same design on multiple products for no extra cost?
Absolutely! If the design is the same, we can put it on as many products as you want. Why not add a hoody to an order of tees?
How do I decide on a design size?
There are lots of ways; measure an old design you like, use a ruler to measure on your garment you're wearing, or let us help. In the end, it's just personal preference.
Do I have to use one of the designs on your site?
Definitely not. We are more than happy to help you create original artwork. Just give us a general direction of what you're looking for, and we'll give you ideas from scratch.
How do I use one of the designs in your archive?
Look through our design archive and let us know which ones you like, and what changes you want made.
Will I see the design before it goes to print?
Absolutely. Until you approve the design, nothing will be printed.

What is iBuy?
iBuy is a way to simplify group orders. Individuals choose their size online and pay via credit card.
What if we want to pay for all the items at the same time?
You can do that too, people will pick their products and sizes and we'll send you an invoice for all the items.
How long do people have to sign up?
That's up to you, but we usually recommend one week.
How do I track what items are ordered?
You'll have access to a list of everyone's names and what products they ordered. You'll need this list when you distribute the items.
Can people change or cancel an item?
As long as the items aren't in production yet, you can change whatever you want. Individuals can change their sizes online, or you can have us change it for you.
Can I use iBuy as a fundraiser?
Yes! We'll tell you how much the items cost, you tell us how much you want to charge, and we'll send you a check for the difference.
Can you ship the items out to everyone?
Yes, tell us that you want to send the items individually and we'll have people enter their addresses when they sign up.
