ARTWORK To create your design you have three options. See the design guide for more instructions. When printing a design that legally cannot be changed, such as a business logo, please submit an original .eps/.ai/.pdf file. These can usually be obtained from your business' artwork department. For more instructions, please visit our help center. By contracting Kotis Design for your custom apparel needs, you are representing to Kotis Design that you have the right to use any submitted designs. Except for copyrighted designs submitted by you, all designs become the property of Kotis Design. Kotis Design reserves the right to use this artwork for future illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes. RUSH SERVICES Rush orders are available at an additional cost. For exact rush pricing and availability contact your account manager or Kotis Design. PAYMENT Payment is due upon delivery. Kotis Design accepts checks and mastercard/visa. SHIPPING Group shipping is free via UPS ground (free shipping only applies to US addresses served by UPS ground). For exact shipping times contact your account manager or Kotis Design. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Kotis Design assumes no responsibility for negligence of the carrier, strikes, or natural disasters. UPS will attempt to make a delivery for three consecutive business days, whereupon the package(s) will be held at UPS for your pickup. UPS will not ship to PO boxes so you must provide a street address. ORDER ADD-ONS Kotis Design understands that you may occasionally want additional garments because you under-ordered. To inquire about adding to your order contact your account manager or Kotis Design. We cannot guarantee that the garments can be added, but we will try to accommodate your needs. Provided that an order for additional garments is placed before the shirts are printed the cost of additional garments will be the same as for the original order. CANCELLATIONS Cancelling all or part of an order may be possible, but you will be responsible for any costs that have been incurred prior to cancellation. For example, because each order is custom, garments are ordered for that order only and there is no guarantee they can be returned. If they can, you will be responsible for any restocking or return fees. Kotis Design assumes that once an order has been placed, the price quoted and the quantity ordered is final. Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled. BACK-ORDERS If garments you order are either backordered or discontinued, you will have the choice of: 1) changing products, 2) waiting until the products become available, or 3) receiving a refund on the unavailable products. To ensure deadlines are met, Kotis Design reserves the right to substitute a product of like kind (we, will never, however, substitute a different color garment without first obtaining your permission). Kotis Design will contact you with any necessary substitutions or changes. EXCHANGES/RETURNS Because all orders placed with Kotis Design are custom designed based on your instructions, there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. If problems arise you must notify Kotis Design within 24 hours of receiving your order. After 24 hours, products cannot be returned. Do not send back an order without contacting Kotis Design. Kotis Design cannot reprint any missing or damaged items.
