THE JOB
Your main goal is to act as the day to day contact for our clients; this is mainly a customer service position. Our inside team is integral to the success of the college division selling to fraternities & sororities, clubs, and departments; you will be the "voice" of Kotis to the customer.
Job Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Primary responsibilities will be customer service
Handle inbound calls to convert into leads
Generate pricing and maintain profit margin
Build and maintain customer relationships
Actively learn about our customer base and college campuses
Stay up to date on product trends and industry news
Efficiently maintain CRM database of leads, client interaction and follow ups
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Fraternity or Sorority affiliation desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Customer service experience
Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
Minimum 50 wpm typing speed
Positive attitude
Time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
AA, BS/BA or equivalent experience is desired

COMPENSATION
$15 - $17 per hour based on experience and bonuses based on your team's performance
