Screen-printing involves pressing ink through a fine mesh screen and onto the surface of a product. The following are different types of screen-printing we offer:
Standard
Crisp, detailed screen-printing that accomodates up to 12 colors
per design.
Foil
For sophistication and elegance, this heat press application
comes in a variety of shimmering colors including silver, gold,
bronze, and metallic red.
4-Color Process
The 4 colors of cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) come
together to create a photographic look you can wear.
Special Effects Clear
Whether enhancing an existing design, or on its own, the raised
look of special effects clear is a great way to mix things up.
High Density
Emphasize the text or detail of a design with this sharp, raised
printing technique.
Metallic
Sparkle up any garment design by opting for metallic ink instead
of defaulting to white, grey or Pantone colors.
Discharge
This specialty ink literally removes pigment from the garment,
leaving a washed look that feels just as soft as the unprinted
garment (shown w/ foil print).
Glow in the Dark
This specialty ink appears a transparent light green in daylight,
but glows an eerie green in the dark.
Mixed Decoration
Many of these methods can be used together for that extra bit
of punch.
Embossing
The unimaginable has become reality: dimensional decoration
without ink.
White Base
When screen-printing onto dark garments, a white base is usually
printed behind the design. The final outcome of the design can
be quite different with and without a white base. See for yourself.
