THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
The perfect candidate will be a charismatic salesperson with aspirations to sell high quality products to collegiate apparel accounts across the country. We are looking for individuals who will bring passion for providing the best apparel solutions possible to their interactions with prospects, independent sales representatives, and current clients every day.

Confidence on the phone, in person, and through email communication is critical to success in this game. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, energetic, and have a competitive drive to exceed growth goals. Collaborating with other Kotisians to bring a client's vision from napkin sketch to finished product requires a team mentality and a keen ability to share your client's vision throughout the sales cycle.

THE JOB
You will be responsible for finding new accounts in the collegiate custom apparel market. Any organization with a need for custom products on a college campus; fraternities, sororities, grad schools, and athletics departments should all have dollar signs over their head in your eyes.

Daily you will use the phone, email, and targeted marketing plans to reach out to prospective clientele across the country, oversee your current accounts, build a network of Campus Sales Representatives, and build a pipeline of orders.

Duties include the following but are not limited to this list. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Outbound Sales and Account Management
  • - Outbound cold calling to prospective clients on campus (at minimum 25 per day)
    - Outbound warm calling to current clients to build lasting relationships
    - Continuous sales training in key areas including: Outbound calling, relationship building, customer service, product knowledge, company culture, time management, etc.
  • Grow your Campuses' annual sales by 25% year over year
  • Maintain your Client Contact Manager and Pipeline
  • Campus Market Research
  • - Develop an ability to connect with the clients at each campus through basic information.
    - Taking a passionate interest in campus culture - understand the campus' demographic, aesthetic tastes, geographic style trends, etc.
  • Development and Expansion of our Campus Sales Representative Network
  • - Find and recruit campus sales representatives to expand our business on campus
  • Collaborate with your Sales Manager to:
  • - Create sales projections on a per school basis
    - Create long term goals for each campus; including sales and market share goals
    - Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies specific to each campus' events
  • Communicate with Inside Sales Representatives
  • - Communicate information about each project including the clients' timelines, budget, and design vision effectively to an account manager who provides handles the logistics of each order
    - Review pricing that an AM has prepared for prospects and clients, ensure that your clients' needs are met and exceeded daily.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Relocation to Seattle, WA, is a MUST
  • BS/BA preferred, Business or Sales emphasis a Plus
  • Fraternity or Sorority affiliation desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Team Player and ability to collaborate efficiently with your peers
  • Solid PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Social Media and Internet Research)
  • Ability to outline and achieve goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis both individually and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Persuasive personality, consistent work ethic, Time Management skills, and Self motivation are strongly desired in the ideal candidate
  • Some travel is required, <10%
