ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION
We are Kotis Design. We produce branded merchandise in a creative way that exceeds our clients’ needs and expectations. Our tools for doing such include screen-printing, embroidery, promotional products, 4 color process printing, design services, e-commerce and more. The end result is a high level of quality, creativity and convenience our clients see with every project.
We work hard, indeed, but we never lose track of enjoying what we do. Our energy is young and frenetic at times, but there’s always creativity flowing through the office and something to learn.
Qualifications
- Education: University/College Degree
- Experience: Sales, Business or Communications education a must, experience and/or internship preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience with cold-calling, business development and/or managing customer accounts is a plus

Compensation:
$30K/yr base salary with aggressive commission and bonus structure. Potential for $50K in your first year and upwards of $100K in the second.
