| For the 2nd year in a row, Kotis Design is on Puget Sound Business Journal's 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies List jumping to #21 |

 SEATTLE, WA -- November 12, 2009 -- Kotis Design, a national leader in custom apparel and promotional products, has been named to the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Company list in the Puget Sound Business Journal for the 2nd consecutive year rising from #29 last year to #21 this year. The awards were presented October 15, 2009 at an awards dinner at the Washington Convention Center. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over three years, from 2006–2008. Kotis Design grew 131% percent during this period.
Kotis Design’s President, Jeff Becker, credits the success of the past few years to the company’s constant pursuit of improving the experience for customers and employees. Among the 100 Fastest Growing Companies, nearly half were new to the list this year. Kotis Design was one of only two companies from the promotional product industry on the list.
