| Kotis Design Ranks #29 on Puget Sound Business Journal's 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies Award for 2008 |

 SEATTLE, WA, November 09, 2008 -- Kotis Design, a national leader in custom apparel and promotional products has been named the 29th fastest growing company in the Puget Sound Business Journal's 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in its first eligible year. The awards were presented at an awards dinner at Qwest Field Event Center on October 23, 2008. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over three years, from 2005–2007. Kotis Design grew 187% percent during this period.
Kotis Design's President, Jeff Becker, attributes the growth over the past three years to a constant commitment to innovation, creating a great work environment for employees, and always striving to put out the best possible product for customers. He said, "We are extremely proud not only to be ranked so high on the fastest growing list, but merely ranked on it at all.
