Inventory management |
Inventory SKUs – To keep track of inventory throughout the process, from receiving to shipping, all individual items are broken down by size and given a separate SKU. The system provides excellent control for management of inventory and is designed to fit almost any industry.
Inventory/Activity Reporting - Our computerized inventory tracking system allows you access to real time inventory status reports via the web 24/7. Order activity history reports are available with detailed information about each order. Additional custom reports can be performed as requested.
Inventory Controls - All items are counted when they arrive at our warehouse and checked into inventory promptly. Cycle counts are performed as following:
- Cycle counts are performed daily
- Popular products are counted 6 times annually
- Full physical counts can be done upon request
Inventory management assistance – We monitor inventory and alert you if products are running low. You also have access to a Low Inventory report allowing you to see a list of items that may need to be replenished.

Orders can be received into our fulfillment queue by the following:
- Directly from an online store that we create for you
- Using EDI if you'd prefer to handle the order generation on your own
Orders are posted immediately into the Kotis shipping queue and tracked using real time inventory status.

Pick, Pack, & Ship
After your order has been picked from inventory, it's double checked and
shipped according to the customer requirements. The order is processed,
internal records are updated, and an invoice can be created and sent if required.
Accuracy is at the center of our pick, pack and ship operation. Every
order that leaves our facility is verified twice.
