The Alaska Airlines / Horizon Air Company Store is proud to support both Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air with high quality logo, collectible, and travel related products. The Company Store offers 24/7 web access and a main store branch open to all in Seattle. The physical Company Store is at the Alaska Airlines Gold Coast Center just south of the Seattle Tacoma International Airport.

Web Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped ground unless another option is selected and purchased.

In stock orders are shipped the same business day (M - F) if the order is placed before noon Pacific Time. You will get a tracking email when this happens.

You'll receive an email once your order ships with a tracking link. Tracking info for international orders does not extend past when your order leaves the continental United States.

Returns and Exchanges
The Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Company Store is committed to providing you with high quality, authentic airline clothing, merchandise, and memorabilia. Your satisfaction is our goal.

In order to continue providing a tremendous value to your shopping experience, the following return policies are in place for all purchases at the Online or Physical store.

Note: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from the Online Store, we will have you ship the item back to us at our expense and send you a replacement item. Contact for assistance.

Returns/Exchanges with Receipt or Packing Slip
• Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment within 90 days of purchase.
• Contact for assistance with online exchanges.

Exchanges without a receipt
• Items without a receipt may be exchanged for another item only through the physical Company Store.
• Value of the returned item is the current selling price.

Price Adjustments
• Sale price adjustments will be honored on items that are reduced in price within 30 days of original purchase.
• An original or copy of the receipt must be presented.
• Refunds from a price adjustment will be returned to the original form of payment.
• Contact for assistance with price adjustments for online purchases.

Many of our items come with an original manufacturer warranty. In the event a warranty repair is needed, we will be happy to provide you with contact information to the manufacturer. Contact or the Company Store for additional information.

Privacy Policy
During the checkout process you are required to enter certain pieces of personal information, including, but not limited to, email address, name and shipping address. We collect this information to process your order, but will not share the information with any third parties.
