Why are signups online anyway? There are a number of benefits to online signups over paper signups. 1) Fewer mistakes When you pick your sizes online we can monitor and double-check the order for accuracy. Mistakes such as incorrect sizes, misspelled names or other errors are easily avoided. 2) Easier to add up sizes Your event chair doesn’t have to collect or count sizes – it’s all done automatically. 3) Easier to collect money Having one person responsible for collecting individual checks and writing a single combined check is a hassle and can cause delays in the production of an order. With online credit card payments there’s never a payment hold-up. Online signups make organizing merchandise easier while at the same time reducing the work load for the person in charge. You’ll get the sizes you ordered, there won’t be a payment hold-up, and everyone in your group can spend less time worrying about your merchandise and more time thinking about what really matters – enjoying your event. Why do I need to create an account? I just want to buy one item for my event! First of all, we’re not asking for much – just your name, email and a password. Here’s how giving us these three things helps us to help you: 1) Accuracy - By associating your account to your purchase, the person in charge of your order can ensure that you get the exact products and sizes you ordered. We’ll also send you a confirmation email so you have a receipt of your purchase. 2) Flexibility - Using your email address as a login, you can log back in later and make modifications to your order should you change what you want. 3) Privacy - When you follow the link to our login page and create an account, your account gets associated with your group. That way you’ll seamlessly see your group’s orders and non-group members won’t be able to view or buy your items. If I enter my email address will I receive junk mail? We hate junk mail just as much as you do, and will not give or sell your email address to anyone, ever. You’ll recieve an email when you set up your account and a confirmation email every time you place an order. |
