Freelance Graphic Designers (Independent Contractors)

Do you love designing t-shirts? We're searching for talented freelance designers to create custom apparel graphics for the college market (and especially the Greek System, so if you were in a fraternity or sorority, this is right up your alley).

- Designer already freelancing and wanting more work

- Designer who loves t-shirt graphics

We are a screen printer, promo product peddler, graphic design firm and warehouse/fulfillment center; but most of all – we are brand evangelists. We tackle every project with unbridled enthusiasm, promising that in the end we always make the Best Shirts & Swag Ever.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We've created a unique online workflow we call the DesignNet (dNet). It allows independent contractors to design from anywhere. View art instructions, upload proofs, download job files, track earnings, etc. Best of all, you decide how much and when you want to work.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (designs must be created in Illustrator CS5/6)
- Graphic Design degree
- Ability to interpret customers written instructions into amazing designs
- EXCELLENT dependability & communication
- High speed internet
- Must do a minimum of 5 jobs a week (20 per month) to remain eligible
Opportunity:
- Choose what jobs and how many to take on
- Job values range from $8 - $30 and higher depending on the scope (some take 5 minutes, some 2+hours)
- Once you pick up a job, it's yours... this is not a design competition site. You get paid for every job, every time
